How do I set up a Free 30 day trial?
From our InOutBoard.com marketing site, click the Try for Free button. Then you will answer a few questions about your company to get your started. You will be the first user, an Administrator.
- First you will want to go into Settings by clicking the cog wheel in the upper right corner. Next, set up any Locations and Departments (we put a few examples in). You can always add or edit these later.
- Next up, add Users! To add users, you have two options: import using our simple Excel template or add users one-by-one.
- Click the “Users” link in Organization Settings. You should see yourself as the first user.
- Click the “Add User” button for single additions, OR the green “Import Users” button to start the import process. Please see our Users FAQ on the right for complete instructions on the adding Users options.
Finally, you’ll want to set up the user status codes so that users can update their work status. Click the “User Status Codes” link from the Settings area,and review our default codes. You can add as many as you need to, or edit what is there. (See the User Status Codes section for more info.)
