Can I add more Status Codes, or customize them?

Yes! Any Administrator can add/edit/delete status codes. 

  1. To edit an existing status code: Click the cog wheel, and Settings, then User Status Codes. You will see a list of existing status codes. It will also show the TYPE (IN, OUT, PTO) and then the color assigned to the code. 
  2. Click the status code name to edit it. You can update the code title, the color, etc. You can also Delete the status code from this screen. If you Delete an existing status code, you will be directed to replace the historical data with an existing status code. 

If you want to add a NEW Status Code follow the same steps to get to the User Status Code area, then click the Add User Status Code button. Then you will add in the details there.  

Fixed Return Times and Offsets: You are able to set up a fixed return time or an offset time when a user selects a particular status code. Use Fixed Return Time to set the return time to a specific time (Eg. User selects Lunch status code, and the return time is automatically set for 1 hour from the current time. Use Offset By to add days, hours, and minutes to the current time to calculate the return time. These fields are optional.
